Terms of Service

Eligibility

• Students must meet all state and federal CDL requirements.
• Valid government-issued ID is required.
• No children are allowed on school premises or in school vehicles.
• The School reserves the right to deny or terminate enrollment at its discretion.

Training Services

• Training does not guarantee CDL exam passage or employment.
• Schedules, instructors, vehicles, and curriculum may change at any time.

Attendance & Safety

• Attendance and compliance with safety rules are mandatory.
• Failure to follow instructor directions may result in dismissal.

Code of Conduct

• Disrespectful, abusive, or threatening language
• Violence or aggressive conduct
• Harassment or discrimination
• Drug or alcohol use
• Damage to school property
• Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

I understand that commercial truck driving training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, death, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with participation, ride-alongs, and use of school vehicles or property.

I hereby waive, release, and discharge Fremont Truck Driving School, including all owners, members, employees, instructors, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation, including claims based on negligence.

• In school vehicles
• On school property
• During training or ride-along activities

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fremont Truck Driving School and its members, employees, agents, and sureties from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of my participation, conduct, or violation of this agreement.

• School vehicles and equipment may only be used under instructor supervision.
• Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• Students may be responsible for damages caused by negligence or misconduct.

By participating, I consent to photography or video recording for educational or promotional purposes unless written notice is provided.

All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, except where required by law.

• Enrollment / registration fees
• Administrative or processing fees
• Application fees
• Scheduling or reservation fees
• Tuition deposits
• Background check or third-party service fees
• No refunds for voluntary withdrawal, misconduct, missed classes, or failure to pass exams.

• The School may terminate enrollment for safety violations, misconduct, non-payment, or policy violations.
• No guarantee of CDL licensing, exam success, or job placement.
• Governed by the laws of the State of California.
• If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain valid.
• This document constitutes the entire agreement between the student and Fremont Truck Driving School.
